Qualified candidate to become Primary Teacher Till 2015 in Uttarakhand and uttar pradesh.NCTE has decided that for implement the RTE in both state and see the current scenario in both the state like (,B.Ed. qualified candidate is in large numbers and D.Ed qualified candidates is in less numbers) to give the permission to state government to fill the primary teacher vacancy by B.Ed. + TET qualified candidate till 2015.
