Candidate have to ensure their presence in person at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Chauras Campus, H.N.B. Garhwal University Srinagar (Garhwal) for reporting and counseling as per the given date and time. You are further required to bring all your testimonials/certificates/documents in original and one set of attested photocopy on the reporting
date.

The following documents must be produced at the time of Counseling:
1. Counseling Call Letter.
2. High School Certificate as a proof of age.
3. Mark sheet of Qualifying Examination (Graduation)/Intermediate/10+2.
4. Certificate of NCC/NSS/Sports/Cultural Activities/ others or verification of weightage.
5. Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC*/ or any Sub category, if issued by competent authority.
6. Gap year affidavit (if applicable).
7. Character Certificate in original.
8. Migration Certificate in original.
9. Six passport size photographs.
*OBC certificate must be issued after Jan. 2012 and the caste should be present in Central Government list.
OBC Candidate should also submit original Non creamy layer certificate before the counseling Board,
issued by competent authority after Jan. 2012.
The counseling shall be based on your final merit in the subject. If offered an admission, the candidate has to
take admission by August 31, 2012 by filling up a prescribed Admission Form and by depositing tuition and other
fee, failing which admission offer to him/her will be treated cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next
candidate in the merit list
