After the First counseling held on 28/08/12, one seat is lying vacant for admission in M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) I Semester. A Second counseling is going to be held on 18/09/12 in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chauras Campus. All the candidates from higher merit to last 41 cut off marks in the general merit list of the entrance exam conducted by the University are eligible to attend. The schedule and related information is as follow.

Apart from
the cut off score in the entrance examination conducted by the University, the
candidates must fulfill the
minimum
eligibility conditions as prescribed in the prospectus of admission form.

School certificate as a proof of age

of qualifying examination: Graduation/ Intermediate/ 10+2

Certificate of NCC/NSS/Sports/cultural activities/others for verification of
weightage

Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/ or any other subcategory, if any issued by competent
authority.
6. Gap year

7. Character
Certificate in original
8. Migration
Certificate in original.
9. Rs 10,000/-
Cash or Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in favor of Finance
Officer, H.N.B.
Garhwal University Srinagar (Garhwal) payable at
Srinagar (Garhwal).

that there is no counseling fee. The above said amount shall be taken only
after the confirmation of admission
and shall be
adjusted to the total fee.
