Subordinate and family courts clerk and stenographer recruitment exam 2012 Uttarakhand District.

This recruitment exam is conduct by Uttarakhand Board of Technical education Roorkee (UBTER) in the direction and supervision of Nainital High Court.

Date of examination and centre for examination will be informed to the candidate through the Admit card which is sent to the given address of candidate by the UBTER.No candidate will allowed without valid admit card

Admit Card: Candidate can download the admit card and the rejected candidate list .

Age:  Candidate age should be between 21- 35 as on 1^st January, 2012.Relaxation in upper age limit will be given as per the uttarakhand government rules and also informed in the Advertisement.

Qualification:  Graduation in any subject and computer knowledge with stenography

Reservation:  Reservation will be given as per the Uttarakhand Government rules.

Selection process: There will be Objective type question in exam. Total marks of exam is 140 from general  knowledge and general study and no negative marking is there after that there will be 60 marks test for steno or clerical aptitude

TET based selection process for teacher in Primary will start in uttarakhand

Uttarakhand government has released the GO for the selection process  of Basic Teacher through Vishist BTC. Selection process for 2253 basic teacher will start as soon as possible.Due to election in Sitar Ganj, Udham Singh Nagar, Selection process for teacher in Udham singh Nagar will hold and after election process complete teacher selection process will start.

According to Government Order, Basic Shiksha Directorate will start the process and selection on the yearly basis of B.Ed. qualification.Candidate has the 10 % weightage  of TET and 90 % weightage for academic records.

Counseling Details for B. Tech. (Ist year) admissions- 2012 HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal)

Reporting/ counseling for the admissions in the B. Tech. (Ist year) courses in Mechanical,Information technology, Computer science, Electronics and communication and  Instrumentation for 167 seats  for the session 2012-13, will be held, on the basis of AIEEE- 2012 merit, as per the following schedule. Only those candidates, whose applications, on the prescribed format, have been received in the university, by the due date, may attend the counseling

· Reporting/ Counseling venue : Swami Manmanthan Auditorium (University Auditorium),

(at Chauras campus of the university), Srinagar (Garhwal).

· Reporting date and time : 09-07-2012 (Monday), at 09.30 hrs.

· Counseling date and Time : 10-07-2012 (Tuesday), and will be started at 09.30 hrs,

In the order of AIEEE-2012 merit (starting from the top rank of the merit)  (Please be in time when you are called for or you may loose your order).

Interested candidates have to report at the Reporting/ Counseling venue, on the 09 July 2012, at 09.30 hrs, failing which they will not be permitted to attend counseling on the next day(s). Depending on the circumstances counseling may extend up to late night or to the following day(s). Candidates are advised to remain prepared for their stay  etc.,accordingly.Candidate is advised to ensure his/her presence in person for counseling. Please bring the following original documents/testimonials for verification, at the time of reporting:-

1. AIEEE-2012 admit card and score card,

2. High School marks sheet and Certificate as a proof of date of birth,

3. 10+2 or equivalent exam (with Physics and Maths) pass marks sheet,

4. NCC/NSS/Sports/Extra Curricular Certificates (if claiming for weightage),

5. Reservation Category Certificates for SC/ST/OBC/Defense Personnel or dependant/ PH/FF dependant, issued by competent authority(ies), (OBC candidate is also required to bring the income certificate of his/her parents, OR ‘Non- creamy layer’ certificate, from the competent authority. Only the castes included in the Central Lists of SC/ST/OBCs, as modified from time to time and determined by the Central Government, will be considered for reservation benefit),

6. Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)

7. Bio-data (essentially containing Name, Father’s/Mother’s name, date of birth, address for correspondence, contact phone number, e-mail ID, qualifications, etc.), with a set of attested copies of the relevant documents.

Please note that this announcement is only for attending counseling and does not guarantee admission. Admission of any candidate will be subject to the availability of the seat(s) in the respective category/ branch, and also fulfillment of the eligibility criterion by the candidate for the course(s). University does not guarantee to provide hostel accommodation to all the students admitted to various courses. Any student admitted to these courses can not claim for the hostel accommodation as his/ her right, however, seats in the hostel(s), will be allotted on availability. If hostel accommodation is allotted, student has to pay the hostel fee and other hostel charges separately, in addition to the course fee.
