Result of Seat Allotment IN first round of UKTU is now declared

                    Result of Seat Allotment is now declared. Candidates are advised to download their Seat Allotment Letter after Login in to the system. In all 6973 candidates have been allotted seats in the 1st round of counseling

Candidates who had already deposited counseling fee during 1st round are advised NOT TO DEPOSIT any additional counseling Fee in SBI for taking part in 2nd round of counseling scheduled from 19/07/2012 to 23/07/2012.

                Candidates who had NOT deposited counseling fee in SBI earlier and interested in taking part in 2nd round of counseling can deposit the Counseling Fee of Rs.1050/- in any branch of SBI from 11/07/2012 to 21/07/2012 after downloading the Bank-challan online from the website.

Candidates allotted seats in THDC-Tehri and SIT-Pithoragarh college during 1st round have to report at UTU campus, Sudhowala, Premnagar Dehradun during 11/07/2012 to 15/07/2012 till 6.00PM for taking their admissions.

              All the allotted candidates during 1st round are advised to report in respective colleges/Institutes during 11/07/2012 to 15/07/2012 till 6.00PM after downloading their allotment letter from the website.

                            Reporting Venue of SIT Pithoragarh and THDC Inst. of Hydro Power Engg. Tehri  are changed Due to the heavy rainfall and Landslide, in the favour of students, the venue for reporting of Seemant Institute of Technology (SIT), Pithoragarh  and THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering & Technology, B. Puram, Tehri, has been changed to Uttarakhand Technical University, Govt. Girls Polytechnic Campus, P.O. Chandanwari, Suddhowala, Dehradun, Uttarakahnd.

Counseling for admission in B-Tech in Uttarakhand Technical University -2012

Counseling has been scheduled for taking admission in different discipline of B-Tech in all the government colleges, private colleges, THDC engineering college,Tehri  and Simant engineering college ,Pithoragargh  which is affiliated by  uttarakhand Technical university  for the session 2012- 2013.Counseling will start from 27 June 2012.Admission will be on AIEEE ranking.

It is informed to candidate that they read all the information and guidelines which is given in advertisement for counseling and for any query visit on uktech.ac.in and ukcounseling.nic.in or call on call centre numbers 0135-2770126, 07895508337, 09634404737 from 8 AM to 8 Pm on 25 June.

Online registration and choice filling from 02 July to 07 July 2012

Seat Allotment on 10 July 2012       (Result of Seat Allotment of First Counseling will be declared on 1 PM (10 July 2012 )

 Second Phase:

Candidate takes admission in allotted college from 27 July 2012 to 31 July 2012

This phase is open for the vacant seat after first counseling  and for seat upgradation

Guide lines for taking part in Counseling

1.        Candidate can download the challan for counseling fee from ukcounseling.nic.in from 27 june 2012 as per above schedule.

2.       Guideline can be download from ukcounseling.nic.in and uktech.ac.in.

3.       Candidate should submit the counseling fee through bank challan of Rs 1050.(Non -Refundable) for all the category  in nearest SBI bank .

4.       Candidate can registered on ukcounseling .nic.in  and fill the choice after deposit the counseling fees .

5.       Candidate can take the print out of allotment latter after seat allotted to him. Candidate should carry all the related documents, Bank Challan,AIEEE  Admit card at the time  admission in allotted college.
